REMINDER! Just in case you need to hear this today. There is no workplace award for:

◼️ For being perfect
◼️ For working the longest
◼️ For never making mistakes

So please be gentle to yourself.

REMEMBER: Self-compassion beats perfectionism and growth means learning from mistakes and reflecting on setbacks.
