Attitudinal Awareness

An accessible workplace is about more than just the physical accessibility of the workplace. Unfortunately, a significant barrier to employment for many people with disability, is other people’s attitudes. Attitudinal awareness can also be one of the trickiest dimensions to navigate. All employees have the right to feel welcome, safe, and included at work.
