Diversity Equity and Inclusion

I recently came across this brilliant analogy by Jamie Shields which really struck a chord with me. It is a simple yet effective way to keep this important conversation around Diversity Equity and Inclusion alive and to help make it relatable. The only omission I can see is bare feet. Accessibility is being included even if you cannot wear shoes.
