NeuroEdge is a neurodiversity consultancy dedicated to helping organisations cultivate neuro-inclusive environments where neurodivergent individuals thrive and contribute their unique strengths. At NeuroEdge, our approach is deeply rooted in a neuro-affirming philosophy. This means we celebrate neurodiversity, recognise its inherent value, and actively work to dismantle the barriers that prevent neurodivergent individuals from reaching their full potential. We prioritise listening to the lived experiences of neurodivergent communities and continuously align our practices with the latest neurodiversity research and evidence.
